It appears that they are going with a more true to life representation.
She just doesn't resemble Sara Pezzini the way I envision her in the flesh.

She should be a full lipped super hot Italian woman.

I can see her looking much more like Danielle Baptiste so maybe that's what they are going for?

For those worried about the design and who might not know this... This is what you call a TPose ... Where you get the basic anatomy and costume lines down before you start to get the pose down. You have to add a lot of the detail after you get the pose down otherwise it will be distorted when you pose the figure. This is in the early stage guys. This will be awesome.

If you have to explain this to people then those people better get out of collecting statues.

I didn't completely understand how a TPose was used before I started sculpting in ZBrush. Hell I didn't even know it was called a TPose....lol.

This would have been a must buy for me if they based it on Turners Witchblade. I'm not a big fan of the modern version.

Maybe XM will do COH, one Turner vers and the other modern.

Nothing about this design represents Turners version of the character. There's nothing wrong with that. It's a beautiful sculpt, but for me personally it would have to be based on Turners art for me to drop XM money on this.

XM has said this is a very rough version. I have full faith they will work on the face and hair.

I also agree that Sarah needs more of the full lips and such. But as this is still being worked on, comics can be reviewed. I hope for the Turner face and more of an XM design of the body. Turner drew great faces with full lips and eyes....also loved how he drew hair.
