See, look at that art above. He doesn't have a toddler body in the art, why does he have one in the statue? And the expression on the DST statue is odd, certainly not one of gleeful malevolence like in the issue. And the base is just completely made up by the sculptor, apparently cause they had a cool idea involving water.

Not saying that it's a bad statue in any way, but there's a lot of room for it to have been more faithful. Personally, I'd have preferred it based on Ron Lim art, who I consider the quintessential Thanos guy. What about that great shot of him on the throne?

Same here dude. I notice a new splinter group has formed, the Bowen haters. Now if you say anything positive about a RB piece your accused of being a Bowenoser. I'm not loyal to any company. You make something cool I'm buying, it's that simple. You can't judge the BD Thanos on production issues. That has nothing to do with the sculpt. You take a Thanos with no paint rubs and no way is the DST better. JMO. Ok the paint job as far as color scheme goes is not better than the DST and the gems, that's about it.

I never thought about it but I think you're right about it being in scale with the DCD "FS" line.
