Deal breaker for me as well. Sideshow just makes it easier for me to pass release after release.

The absence of an EX is a clever strategy for Sideshow in order to appeal to overseas customers buying this from a retailer. NO F....G WAY this could sell over 500 REGs if it had a good EX. And with 500 REGs and 250-300 EXs Sideshow would lose TONS of money. But the price for this and the stance of collectors towards it, PROVES me right. ONCE AGAIN. 1/4 PFFs and the market for 1/4 scale statues is getting squeezed. The prices are irrational and the value for money is almost zero.

Some collectors getting FINANCIALLY EXHAUSTED, down-scale to 1/6 and 1/5 pieces and new collectors (Asia-based) or "deep pocket collectors" UP-scale to 1/3..
K-2S0 PFF for 650d or Catwoman 1/3 for 949d? Im willing to bet that Catwoman 1/3 from a f....g video game is going to sell better than this K-2SO. The market is divided. I predicted this MONTHS ago, getting mocked from nearly all members here.

The market is heading to 2 directions.

1) Either too small (1/6 scale+1/5) for collectors who cant follow the new crazy prices

2) Or 1/3 and bigger for collectors who are baffled and they decide to simply buy ONE and the BEST eg the BIGGER representation of the character they want.

Sideshow should either go

1) 1/6 scale to provide choices for collectors with an inability to follow the market

2) 1/3 scale to kick some ass and this time it would be Sideshow who is going to CANNIBALIZE Prime1's collector base

3) Lower the prices for 1/4 scale statues to increase their appeal, to give "more value for money" vs 1/3 scale statues.

PERIOD. NO FURTHER DISCUSSION, please.

Looking at the pics this thing is going to look awful without the eyes lit up. You can't even see them. Should've painted them white.

I agree that he doesn't look great "switched off" with his eyes dark. Hopefully they tweak that to give him white eyes even when unlit. Otherwise as others have mentioned 90% of the time we're going to have an expensive K-2SO statue that looks dead or deactivated.

i don't see anything that would warrant this to be over $450... easy easy pass at $650.
