I love Spawn. I didn't know there was even a Spawn coloring book out. Not sure how I missed that one. Do you have a link?
And JSC's Danger Girl book has been one of my favorite coloring books to date. I am only like 15 % through, but it has some amazing panels and I look forward to finishing that book. Hopefully he is planning on releasing a 2nd edition.
I have really started printing my own pages as of late. If you find the websites for the really great colorists in the market, they usually have pretty high quality scans on thier site that show various stages of the coloring process, the first being just the black and white line art. My favorite aspect to this approach is it allows me to print the pages on really great paper. My favorite is Awagami digital inkjet papers. They have Japanese Washi Paper and a lot of other great papers as well. If you have a printer capable of printing high quality 8x10 or 8.5x11 prints you should really give it a try. They truly make for some absolutely astounding pages to be colored. Thier Kozo, Bamboo, and Premio are all outstanding papers.
