I know Kotobukiya confirmed that we will see some more Halo charters in either ArtFX or ArtFX+ formats at the 2015 ToyFair.

Now I'm really wondering if there will be anything from the recently announced Avengers: Age of Ultron movie in either ArtFX or ArtFX+ formats?

Z-They already announced that Flash will be the next one. So looks like we will be getting the more of the JLA. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the line will last long enough for Shazam/Captain Marvel and a Firestorm to be done.

I knew there were bootlegs of other statues but for some reason I thought Kotobukiya had the bishoujo ones under control:

I don't like bootlegs, but, can a figure making company control the production of bootlegs?

I believe a good number of companies are active against bootlegs. MyFigureCollection.net shows when figures get bootlegs. I haven't seen bootlegs of the few I've picked up recently.

Don't know if the master moulds could be something to do with the control of bootlegs as also the detail and paint app too.

hi gonk, i posted this question on the "bat girl rerelease" and decide to post it here since its more appropriate.

for the bishoujo line, i hope you can clarify this. how do we know which characters are limited release? catwoman is not an sdcc or a retailer exclusive so why is she considered off the table for re-release? what is the reason behind her being a limited release? i am just curious how you guys classify them.

i however will echo the same sentiments of others who oppose a re-issue but at the same time understand why lots of people want a re-issue (because they missed out or came in too late). part of the satisfaction of having these collections is having some statue go up in price and become rare. if you go the reissue route, collectors who paid $$$$ for those rare piece will be so pissed for sure including those who have them already since the price will significantly drop. reissues like a change in the box to reflect its a reissue should never be considered in my opinion. reissue with new pose or color deco (like psylocke x-force and sdcc) now that i can get on board.
