So what does this mean for us? Does this mean that will soon be able to see Spider-Man and X-Men characters soon from XM or we still going to have to wait awhile???

If this is the dispute that was stalling production of further X-Men and Spidey products then it may mean XM will get the green light soon.
It could also mean that Marvel and the Kirby fam need to hash things out and that will likely take awhile to sort out who gets what percentage of royalties.

From my understanding, Fox only owns the movie rights. That would only stall movie product. I don't see any movie X-Men or Spidey product out of XM though...so it leads me to think this Kirby dispute also had something to do with it. Idk all the specifics, so you might be right.

I can't say if the Kirby dispute has any bearing, but Fox vs. Disney are definitely part of it. From Shorudan:
