I gotta agree with loco here. Whedon is doing a great job, but it also proves what moorison wrote is a potential mine full of great ideas to write from.

It wasn't Doop, it was "Stuff." It was used during the Morrison run, to read more, go here:

I'm late to the discussion here because I held off until I'd read CW4, but wktf, great review of the book. I completely agree with you. Can't wait until...ugh...November.

b_c, we'll see if I'm wrong about this one but it's looking like Damage Control is the core of the problem. If they're looking for superhuman conflicts to create damage for them to capture revenues, and furnished Nuke with the MGH that brought about the Stamford disaster, as it certainly seems is the case, then they are no small part of the problem at all but the origin of the problem.

...Thinking back to Thor one last time, Marvel has already announced that JMS and Olivier Copiel will take the reigns of the character’s relaunch and have referenced JMS’ FF Mjolnir story in the announcement. What is that story’s relation to this one? Don’t know. And who was the masked, blue eyed stranger on the fire escape outside Cap’s secret HQ? Don’t know that either. But I’m dying to find out the answer to both.
Teague, thanks for the props!

OK, I just reread CW this morning and saw that the clone Thor's Mjolnir is NOT the real Mjolnir at all! When the clone Thor's on the operating table there's a shot of his hammer opened up with circuitry inside it. The real Thor, the "DB" who lifted the hammer in the FF story, has yet to show!!!

great catch, joe!

so they cloned a god and gave him a powerful weapon that could create huge blasts of energy.

I still feel that woman is also behind this, and have a strong feeling Stark also was complicit in this affair. Hope I'm wrong on that part though.
