Sadly, paint defects are the least of your concerns w/ some PCS statues. "Leaning" is a very common problem w/ the Vega statue:

Something I experienced first hand...Not cool! I also had switch out parts w/ weak magnets, resulting in; broken accessories and base damage. Right now, P1 seems to be one of the better companies in the QC department and if you're buying from SS you'll have the option to return your item.

There's no defending PCS Chun Li though it looked terrible even in the preorder pictures. It was based off of a bad picture of Chun Li so of course the statue wouldn't look good either.

As for scaling, Street Fighter line is smaller than 1/4th scale. Rather than correct the scale, they just continued making the statues fit in with each other which is a bit frustrating for people like me who don't have their early statues.

So the thing about the MK ninja being too tall is fine that's how it should be.

Unfortunately, Chun Li's eyes wasn't the exception, but rather, what could arguably be the norm.

Something most sellers won't tell you. I had to learn this fact the hard way.

According to SF Wikia Sagat is 7'4". Convert that to inches, 88". Take 88 multiply it by .25 and you'll get his approximate height scaled to a quarter of his size. Which is 22". I just measured my Sagat and from the bottom of the base to the top of his head it's about 22 1/2". In all honesty, Sagat is accurately scaled. PCS scaling is just as wonky as SS's. [ / Derailment ]

+1

I don't think we've heard anything new about her in quite a while, since back when they were discussing the pose...

This thread has been silent for a while, so I don't know if I'll get an answer but I'll ask anyway:

Does anyone know whether or not Prime 1 has the license to make statues based off the Marvel movies/cinematic universe?

I haven't noticed they've announced anything, so my guess is no, but I was wondering.

Thanks.

Don't think they've announced anything for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

They announced that they were doing DC and Marvel 1/4 and that they would be comic based.

It would be nice if a P1 representative could be on here from time to time. Would clear up a lot of speculations and concerns. Especially, now, with different pieces coming out and introduced. What say you Prime 1?
