I'm currently reading Warhammer (30K) Horus Heresy, Book 1: Horus Rising.

I am 86 pages in and it was pretty good. now, i know why the fans call Dan Abnett, The best Warhammer 40K writter. Graham McNeill is no slouch as a Warhammer 40K writter as well, as far as i read his books.

Horus Rising wasn't just Bolter porn, (Bolter porn, a term i learned new from the veteran 40K fans HA HA !!!) which means it wasn't just action, there was an actual story and some character development in the novel, as far as i read.

I'm really enjoying it. Actually, i can't wait to get out of work, go to home and get back to reading Horus Rising.

The Codex Alera series by Jim Butcher. I love this series!

Not reading anything too deep these days. I just started the Throne of Glass series by Sarah Maas. It's a young adult fantasy series. My best friend and I were walking through B&N when she came across the series and bought the first three. She flew through them and got the other four. So, I decided to borrow them and give them a read.

If anybody picks up the series, read them out of published order. Read "Assassin's Blade (2014)" first. Then go to "Throne of Glass (2012)" and read in order. "Assassin's Blade" fills in gaps that are mentioned in the other books apparently. My bestie told me this trick and started me out correctly.

And after doing a Wiki search for the title order, I see it has been picked up as a potential show for Disney/Hulu. Sooooo I best get to reading!!

I've been reading Grimm Fairy Tales for months. Just finished with Wonderland. I love these comics but the stories and the pictures are sometimes quite brutal.
It is a pity that there are no statues of this universe.

A newly printed Conan The Barbarian story Anthalogy by Ren Publishing house, a native publisher.

I believe i read most of these stories, i just started it and read the one with the Conan's chase of the Ymir's daughter on the battlefield. And then i'm at the Elephant Tower, part 2 right now.

I read both of the classic Conan Stories before in a different Conan Story book. Just amazing stuff, totally worth the come back to again and again.

Fairytale by Stephen King
Entertaining but the ending was a bit disappointing. He seemed a bit preachy in this one. More than a few off-handed political/religious references. I think his best stuff is behind him now which happens to everyone, even the great Stephen King.

Nearly completed The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Despite having read all the gear horror/monster stories, I’d never read this one before. Absolutely tremendous. What a great novel.
