I use double sided tape to adhere them, but you can also use screws. You'll also need a hacksaw. I use these blades:

Then of course whatever LED strip lighting you want to put in there... they pretty much all come with self adhesive backing. just pay attention to the width, so it fits in the channel.

Wire them all together behind the cabinet eventually to a single plug and power supply... you'll likely need a larger one because the ones they supply with the strip are like the bare minimum for a single strip.
