that they lost the licence is strange enough.
But then to tell customers to try to get a refund from Sony is beyond insane.
By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Will NEVER order from them again and will actively advice against ordering to them on every product they release

first i'm hearing of this so GH lost the Sony license, but they aren't issuing refunds to orders placed on items they can't ship?

It's a real weird thing.
why does the sony related merchandise that has been sold in the past removed from the website? God of war stuff that already have been on the market for a long period is now not allowed anymore to sell... that doesn't make sense.

The only thing I can imagine is they breached the contract with Sony badly, and Sony pulled the plug.
This will seriously hurt GH if they dont refund customers.
If they dont, I hope this is the end of them

Seems crazy assuming it's true (got this info from FB), I don't know any of the specifics nor am I a lawyer but maybe there was a breach of contract or something? I mean normally any existing products are still fair game if they were produced under an agreement but who knows... maybe it's a crazy agreement :< But yeah this seems like a first....

Some of their stuff has been as nice as any other companies. Used to think Gaming Heads and First 4 Figures were related.
