kotobukiya statue
I wanted to get some advice on something..i ordered a kotobukiya cyclops today from big bad toy store..great company. And I know this is not there fault. Also never had a problem with
A kotobukiya statue until today. When I opened and inspected the statue the two front lining of the boots were chipped also some places on his belt and wristband..i don't really know if I can get this fixed by someone here? Or if I can even send it back and get a new one? I don't know if will let? Sorry..Also not trying to bash the company at all. I'm sure this is very rare.

That's a good company, I think you should take pics and email them. They should offer you a replacement.

Yup, take pictures of the damages and email their customer support dude. They should offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not viable.

Well I got some bad news about the cyclops. I sent the pics they said they could replace him. They also said that this problem had been reported before with a couple of them. They asked if I was willing to take a chance but, most likely I would encounter the same problem. I guess I will just ask for a refund or store credit. I really wanted to add cyclops to my x-men collection but, I guess I won't be doing that..I'm a little disappointed.

Ask them to inspect the piece before sending it. If they refuse to do so, ask for the refund. Other retailers have it also and would be willing to do the inspection.
