Based on everything they have released in the last 18 months, I think they have pretty much locked in the top factories. Sure a piece still slips though, but the quality has done a real 180. Clearly they looked at the market and upped their game...along with prices.

That probably also accounts for the added length of time to get certain characters, they went from the good enough method to the 1 up the competition that isn't really their competition mindset.

As early as the next two hours. I think they said on that FB post they usually put things up between 12-3pm PST, which is less than 2 hours from now.

I'm very fond of it. From time to time I even play along. It wouldn't be the same without him.
I know it doesn't make much sense. I think that's the point.
