I did this little montage to compare the difference between the prototype and the final product. There's a lot of differences to say the least (the throne, the face, the paint), many things have been changed/updated.
Still a masterpiece I can't wait to have !

He looks awesome. The yellow of the armor looks lighter and the face more pale. I think i may like both better. More bluish than purple.
I'm sure lighting plays a big part as well.

I wonder how many who pre-ordered the EX actually agreed to process it early. With that said, I wonder if SS will process them quick enough to get them out the door Friday. I almost feel like they won't be shipping the same day. We'll see though, I'm just not holding my breath too much. Will be nice to see some in hand pics here in the next few days! Can't wait to get mine!

Some of the difference can be attributed to different lighting but there are shade differences for sure.

Imo It's definitely not as dark but the lighting in the pictures is also playing a part.
