Best glue for statue repair?

Hi,I just received my Gentle giant 4 LOM bust. Nice bust but the rifle came broken off....can someone tell the best glue or whatever to reattach it?,,thanks...

I've used good old krazy Glue, But just use a small dab and hold it in place, too much and you will see residue.
