Angry Dentist Shoots Lion Illegally

This guy Walter James Palmer and these acts sicken me. Sad enough that hunting of endangered animals is allowed in parts of the world, but when an @$$hole lures the animal out of a protected area to kill it...

And even then the idiot couldn't do it cleanly...

Everybody involved with that poaching should be held accountable.

Big game poaching is so unnecessary and ignorant. I'm all for hunting when it's needed for food or population control. Every time I see a big game animal murdered for sport or misguided apothecary -- especially after they were baited to come out -- I want to shoot the human doing it.

what the article doesn't bother to mention (typical liberal garbage) was that the Lion was overheard using both racial and homophobic slurs moments before the encounter. not saying it justifies the killing, but it's important to paint the whole picture that built up to the incident.

Indeed, Bullseye.

I agree with your stance, Demona. Hunting out of necessity is one thing (food, population control). This guy had ZERO need other than the "thrill of the hunt" or bragging rights. Not sure how much of a "hunter" he fancies himself as the poor beast was practically gift-wrapped for him.

Jimmy Kimmel was pretty moved by the story too:

The dentist actually shut down his business. Lots of damage control going on now.

He was charged by federal authorities in the states for shooting a black bear out of the correct zone. This guy is pathetic excuse for a human. The ----s who helped him should also be jailed. But the Zimbanian government is also to blame for allowing these jokers into the country.

I wonder how much of the NRA supporters are quietly siding with him but not saying anything because of the firestorm currently blasting him.

And note: I am not pro nor anti gun.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Well according to the article he's a bow hunter, guns don't really seem to be the issue on this.
