I don't think they will make butts or thighs, so we are stuck with busts

Since 'scale' is a noun used to describe a size relationship, 'legendary scale' is meaningless and uninformative. So, drop 'scale' from it.
LB = Legendary Bust (1/2, purely marketing)
LSB = Life Size Bust (1/1, obvious)

Exactly. Not only that Legendary Scale Bust was obviously meant to obfuscate customers with expectations of 1:1 busts.
As far as busts there's only:
1. Life Size = LSB
2. Less Than = LTB
and only 1 for me.

Well if we want to get technical, since life-size should be hyphenated, it could simply be LB for Life-size Bust.

I guess we could just spell it out and use the full names. No confusion. ...I'm too lazy for that.
I think Zen's makes sense, but LSB has been associated with Legendary scale for so long I'm not sure LB would catch on. HSB would make more sense as in half scale bust...same could go for FSB for LSB (life size busts) as Full scale busts. Of course, there's the mini-busts out there with MB. Those depend on maker, though and as such aren't always the same scale. I believe GG's busts are larger than Bowen's, but both considered MBs. Now, if I remember correctly there's a distinct correlation between the scale of a bust and the bust of the scale in that the perfect acronym of any given format of said busts is rendered moot. That said, the obvious disruption of sensical acronyms as a means of boosting expectations of a given product is to be expected and requires that we suspend our bias towards the given vernacular.

Yeah, anything else seems weird at this point.
Full scale is a legitimate alternate to life-size, but FSB just looks odd.
Having one being technical and informative, and the other purely marketing, is the crux of the issue, imo. That kinda inconsistent s#it annoys me.

I'm actually kind of impressed you were able to sift through that mess. lol
Yeah, I think acronyms are kind of set at the moment, but I'm in for the system you proposed. LSB is now Life-Size Bust...LB is Legendary Bust. #bravenewworld
