Yes, but it would depend on the character.
I don't see myself picking up many lessers in the near future however for the right character I wouldn't have an issue with it.

No its a different market now. Much tougher as there are literally 3 or 4 times as many collectibles companies all competing for the same collectors...and the number of collectors is not growing. more are leaving the hobby than getting into it.

I'd pay $500 for a Fei Long Ultra statue. Doing his Shienkyaku, chinese dragon carved on his base, flame rising up fromt he base, Fei Long mid air screaming WOOOOOOOOOOO!

I think Ibuki would sell amazingly well.
As for other characters, i'd love an Adon, Guy, Cody, Sodom, Dudley, Remy, Q, Yun/Yang, Necro, Gill....basically more Zero/3rd Strike love

Yes. But it would depend on what line they were for.
Ultra: Sodom, Fei Long, El Fuerte, Dee Jay
MM: Hugo, Poison, Birdie, Hakan
I would like to have the character look their best. Like having the fighters with cool action poses go to the Ultra Line and those that don't but have a good look to them go to the MM Line
