Saw this today. So how come this isn't Shuma Gorath anymore? What happened with rights?

Current rights issue with Funcom (video game developer), who apparently controls media usage of the 'Conan' property, which is where the name originates.

some day, i refused to buy into the stupid mini-BaF trend a few years back so i had to skip the original legends version out of principal.
also it warms my heart that you guys do care enough to get to know the real me
