Yes. But, I won't be able to use that portrait if I'm unable to get a good book arm. It would look stupid for her to be wearing a top hat and also holding a top hat at the same time

i hope they work out a replacement for you....good idea with contacting XM straight too.

Got word from Spec that they're going to reach out to XM to see if they can get a replacement, so fingers crossed.

Nope, we didn't discuss that yet. I'm just hoping since it's a newer piece that they have a replacement. I know there's been a bunch of these resin birds that have been broken off the book.

First hurdle is hoping they have a replacement. Second hurdle is, if they do have a replacement, it doesn't come broken as well. This is why I don't like energy effects on statues. It's always made of this very fragile material that is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to fix if it breaks.

Yep...the replacement part would have to be packed very well since it will have to be custom cut....otherwise could end up broke too

They did it successfully with Storm replacement heads... they can do it now too.

Any update? worst comes if theres no replacement will you return it or just take a partial refund?

Nah, not yet. They said it could take up to a month to hear back.
