Wow, that sucks. Lots of spines and other fragile details on these. They should have planned the packaging better obviously. Such a shame. It's a great looking piece.

That's pretty standard, if you have issues you'll have to mail them directly but seeing as you got it through a retailer they'll likely just tell you that you have to go through them. Shame it's broken

Well I receive it and came with serious issues in the resin, plenty of cracks, bubbles in the background... infinity studio sucks, first and last resin with them, anyway I'm returning them.
