This lights up as well(the eyes light up red) as having a swap out, cannon arm..MUST HAVE! My concern is this was supposed to have an ex for the first 30 orders, so I want to know what happened to that(prime 1 studios is the name and can be found on FB)

That is an impressive, albeit EXPENSIVE, piece. If more collectibles start creeping into that range the fan base will shrink dramatically.

I only get into G1 stuff but there is no denying this will be an impressive display piece.

statues are getting much bigger, and labor/materials is more expensive every year

Totally agree. I have zero interest in this. For me its G1 and nothing else. When I see the movie stuff they look robot insects, especially Megatron. Can't deny the craftsmanship on this though.

I really wish this was the Megatron from Transformers Prime. That is a Megatron worthy of G1's Legacy. He looks cool, kicks major ass, and carries elements to his G1 counterpart.
I hated what Michael Bay did to him. This piece looks awesome but its not Megatron to me

I just want to ask, can anyone please confirm if sideshow collectables will definetly be distributing the megatron maquette through their website, and if so, how much will they be asking for it?Cheers!
