Denver Comic Con
Is anybody going to this? I'm going for all three days. There's quite an assortment of guests, so this will be interesting!

It was bigger than last year with more people attending too. I was a little disappointed in the lack of "big named" artist. Last year we had J Scott Campbell, Mark Brooks, and Humberto Ramos. I think the most well known artist was Amanda Conners but I'm glad Chris Uminga made it. Local news was predicting 100,000 attending this weekend making it the 3rd largest in the country.

Here are some of my quick notes.....
-Amanda Conner has to be one of the coolest people I've ever met. So incredibly kind and warm. Jimmy too. They were amazing.
-Meghan Hetrick is fantastic, her art really impressed me. Very nice and fun to talk with. I got a Captain America sketch from her and I love it! Thanks to Ghost for the recommendation. I agree she's one to watch- could be a big star.
-Jeremy Haun's art is so beautiful in person. I got a commission from him that I will be picking up tomorrow. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
-Steve Lieber does amazing sketches. I love his artwork.
There's some quick off the top of my head stuff. I'll try to post some of the art later on.
