I guess I prefer a more realistic look. The appeal of statues for me is that, when done well, they bring comic books characters to life. I actually think the original Superman PF has a very realistic looking portrait, while the original Wonder Woman has a more comic book look. I would describe the new Wonder Woman as more realistic rather than movie inspired.
