Exactly how could he not know he's copying something when he was obviously provided with not only pictures of the actual sculpt he was copying ... but he has them right there ON THE WALL behind the actual sculpt?

honestly, the sculptor has talent. with the limited resources or probably even training, he's able to pull off a 9 foot hulk or reproduce copies from scratch. someone should just tell Jay to find him/her and hire him, then at least that puts the commissioner/agent out of service for now.

again, it's all about the commissioner and not the sculptor. i could tell a sculptor that i have avi's digital blueprint but i want it to be done by hand. for troy's images, he made it look digital (check the background, it's all galactic black). besides, if you live here and are trying to feed your family, would you really ask if someone's about to give you a few dollars to make something. NOTE: Not supporting them, just providing a different perspective.

I can sympathize Troy I have had the legitimate statue companies in the bus do the same to me and my sculptors. Unfortunately in our position we are market research for them and make them alot of money and get a cease desist for our idea and efforts.
