I think the seven oversized HC's is the closest its come so far....
An Omni Collection would take at least two volumes I think...

Thanks Rocket - If you have the 7 oversized HC's you mentioned, can I ask a question or two? Are they broken down into a linear telling of the story in 7 parts? Or, do they collect all the components separately. Like a volume of the actual Civil War story, a volume of the Cap side story, the Spiderman story, etc...
I'm hoping to find, or will wait for, a Civil War collection that rolls the side stories into the main book as the story was supposed to unfold.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I keep my comics on a shelf, and I'm working on getting all my single issues into cardboard magazine holders, then putting them all on a few big bookshelves.

They're divided by characters, basically. There's one hardcover just for the main series, one for the X-Men, one for Spider-Man, etc. It would be nice to see an Omnibus that includes the main series, Front Line, the Amazing Spider-Man issues, The Confession, and whatever else is essential to the overall story. The main series hardcover is slightly ridiculous because it's 500+ pages long but is just those seven issues and the full scripts for those seven issues.
