I got my Flash replacement in and this one still doesn't fit all the way down either. It fit about the same as the other one but when I applied some force this one slid down more where my first one didn't. This one also doesn't have the bulge in the keyhole. Because I applied force now the statue won't come out of the base. It's stuck.

Try having someone hold down the base while you try to pull the statue up and out with both hands. That way you have opposite force from the base and statue and it might come out.

Also, a tip I got from these forums many years ago was to lubricate key holes before putting statues together. I use bicycle chain lubricant on peg holes.

That looks similar to mine. Pretty sure mine is pita too if I ever want to pull him off the base.

Yeah I'm gonna have to have someone hold down the base cause in the moment that it comes out its gonna be hard to stabilize so I'd need both hands. I wish it at least was all the way flush. This is probably my last chance at a replacement too. It sucks cause I feel like I got a less quality product than others that spent the same amount but it is what it is I suppose.

I hear ya. Not entirely unusual though. However, when it comes time to put back in the box (or sell), it won't be fun. That aside, you happy with the statue?

Yeah I'm very happy with the piece and how it turned out. Although this one doesn't have the little freckles and blemishes on the face that my first one had. But that's not the biggest deal. For me, it's exactly what I want in a Flash statue. Comic based, no effects, a few textures and lines that don't stand out too much and a dynamic pose that fits the character. Even surprised me with some extra earpieces.
