I'd give this fight to the Crow too.
The Joker is insane but vulnerable.
The Crow is insane but pretty much invulnerable (so long as no damage comes to the bird)
No contest.
A better match up would be something like The Crow vs. either Jason from Friday the 13th or Michael Myers from the Halloween series.

As mentioned it would be really fun to see because Joker instead of Top Dollar is an improvement, I'm sure in this take we would get a darker version of this crazy sonova Clown.

The Crow, as long as Joker do not get wind that black birdie is the link to his powers. But Crow do not need to be near to birdie to survive right?
