Someone on Facebook posted more in hand images. None of these are my photos. Looks a bit wonky on her left eye, but otherwise not as bad. That hair is definitely not the prototype's though. The proto looked almost just like the 1/4 sculpt, so maybe they changed it to scale it down? I get why they would use the same sculpt and alter it, because the work's essentially done, but I'd prefer the more detailed hair honestly.
Gaming Heads posted on the original post that they were transparent with production images, but I could only find this one that had painted heads in it. All other painted photos were body only, and all other head photos were unpainted. They look OK here, so maybe there's just a few bad batchers? It's not the greatest of pictures to examine in detail though.

Alas, neither the 1/6 or 1/4 looked like that. Seems to be their own take on the design.

It's looking better there, but that hair definitely changed in the side wisps and the detailing. A bit hard to tell on the eyes, but from all the pics I've been seeing they don't appear to be close to the proto. Those first images definitely had a lot more distortion than initially believed. (Why can't anyone take good first photos!)

There’s a YouTube video up from someone if you search for Gaming Heads Lara. She looks just fine there, quite nice actually. Once again, I think we’ve been duped by the first online photos…

Just watched the YT video. Not as bad as I thought. The face did lose some quality next to the prototype bur the piece does look pretty good overall.
