Ryu looks awesome. Now to decide if I want classic white color or Champion colors. I think the statue has a lot of artistic interpretation. He's far more fit and dramatic compared to the videogame version. Things are a bit different but he's still cool.
Maybe if there is ever a victory pose line we could get exact representations of the characters. But I'm fine with the Ryu I see right now.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

If thats all that is stopping you from getting the kit, let me know, ill even do it for you. You just wont be able to attach the flame later on.

thanks for the info good to know those can be removed! i am still deciding, this is a tough one since those are 1/6 not 1/4, they cant just blend in with the existing pcs pieces.
So essentially I have to start another line of sf if going ahead. But the plus side is the sculpt/paint are some of the best i have seen, so is the action pose.
hmm...

the 1/6th scale line is pretty big, only because they are true to scale. the 1/4th scale is still sometime away, we gotta have a solid cast of SF characters in 1/6th first, before really looking into that line. But IF it does happen, they will be massive.

With Sagat being about 15" tall I assume that Ryu is about 11-12" ?

Erick and co, amazing job on all the statues you have shown us so far.
I think Sagat and Blanka look absolutely EPIC. There's nothing I would change.
For Ryu I agree with the guys. I think he could do with a tiny bit of tweaking in terms of the stance (leaning fwd into the hadoken more) and the size and spacing of the fireball itself.
It's like a 5% difference. But when something is this good you want it to be perfect.
Just my two cents.
This line is outstanding
