IIRC No, not solid Resin. But I believe he said the larger ones would have to be, maybe Zangief and Hugo?

I would love to make that happen, the thing with Konami is that they don't trust Americans can capture the quasi anime look... I think we could do it though... maybe I need to make a prototype and show it to them thanks for the idea.

Actually backwards... the small ones like Sagat and Ryu/Cammy etc are 100% solid... but Hugo and Zangief may have to be 80% resin and slightly hollow ( torso mainly).
