I don't have any case number for this problem. I only have a case number for the transfer of the preorder in my account! Case: 11676. But the transfer it's ok, you send me an email of comfirmation in 26/04/16. I only want to see the preorder in my account on the pcs website.

Just want to apologize to anyone waiting for a collectible to ship.

I check over the orders before they go to shipping and I had an absurdly crazy week and fell behind.

I did it this morning so all orders paid up to this past Friday are now going out.

Jason (our shipping guy) moves fast so it should happen all next few days

So I can track the package through customs

Tracking is automatically sent but we have found that for some reason a lot of customers IP doesnt accept them.

We are working on a work-around

I don't know for sure but i got the same problem with the payment plan reminders.
For a couple statues i receive a reminder,but for some i dont.
like this month,got the reminder for Ken and Necali but none for Kintaro...??

Regarding the shipping process...I think there where no statues shipped this week,or something when't wrong with trackingnumbers...??

Really hope those bugs with trackingnumbers will be resolved soon,because it would be nice to know where there package is,even more for oversea customers,who got to deal with customs...
