I don't know for sure but i got the same problem with the payment plan reminders.
For a couple statues i receive a reminder,but for some i dont.
like this month,got the reminder for Ken and Necali but none for Kintaro...??
Regarding the shipping process...I think there where no statues shipped this week,or something when't wrong with trackingnumbers...??
Really hope those bugs with trackingnumbers will be resolved soon,because it would be nice to know where there package is,even more for oversea customers,who got to deal with customs...
