the one from the con looks to me to be about the size of the "BIGATURES" weta did for scanning purposes on LOTR. if it where life size a grown man would be able to crawl inside the mouth with ease .the "BIGATURE" for balrog i believe was around 5' tall or better and so im not even sure that the one at the show would be the right size for that.the only pic i saw of anyone next to it was a child who had his head near the mouth.and his head nearly fit. so it is indeed larger than the west bust i have one of those .

Yah my bad, I was looking off of that picture and totally brain-farted the scene in TT with Gandalf so it's definitly not 1:1 but probably 1:2.

Well, looking at that picture, I believe it to be the same as DFChang's and my Balrog busts.

Compare the teeth, and overall shape, and it is the same. They may have modified some
things about it, which I was told that they'd need to do when they re-did the molds, but
I'd bet money that it is the same bust. (I very easily could be mistaken though....)

I saw this a couple of times over the con weekend and there`s 2 things i do know,
1.its not 1:1
2.its bigger than the SW kit.
I`d say its nearer to 3ft in width probably too big to reproduce but ya never know

Sorry JS, definitely not the same bust.

1. No flames on the back of the head.

2. Teeth are WAY different

Sweet looking bust though. At 3ft in width, that would be an awesome display piece!
