Yeah, just Megs for obvious reasons and then the numerous repaints (Ultra Magnus, Sunstorm, Black Rodimus, Primes, etc).

I was asking because I am considering canceling my pre-orders for MP Sideswipe and Soundwave. Was thinking I could use the money for the holidays and then just picking up their US counter parts. Of course, that all depends on whether or not they ever get a US release. Not worried about Soundwave, but what about Sideswipe and that Lambor license?

So what is the obvious reason Megatron has not been released as a Masterpiece stateside by Hasbro?

What has been the hold-up on that? I was always curious about that myself. I will only buy Megatron if it is released by Hasbro for the American market.

Hasbro will never release him as a gun. It's the only thing we know for 100% w/ this line...it will NEVER happen. They have gone on record multiple times on it. It's the Takara version or bust unfortunately.

I would say Soundwave is 100%, the only question is how long it will take. Sideswipe and Red Alert, 50/50.

Have not verified this for myself but rumor has it that TRU has bumped the price of OP from $100 up to $120. Guess it doesn't matter much since he is impossible to find.

This is what I've been hearing as well. I am kind of worried about my pre-order through TRU.com. People have been getting emails with cancellations from TRU. My pre-order is still good, but I feel like I am going to get that dreaded email any day now.

It really pisses me off. If I would have known that my pre-order meant absolutely jack sh!t, I would have been hunting for Prime at my local TRU's weeks ago.
