The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

The guest list gets a little better each year. I like how they really try to make it about comics, and not the whole pop-culture medium.

They do need to cut back on the Walking Dead overload though.(IMO)

I'm going to be in Phoenix on business that week, I will probably extend my trip an extra day or two and check this con out.

i see where youre coming from, but, the walking dead is huge! comics and the show. wasnt #100 the highest selling comic ever? that book sold like crazy. i think itll be on tv for years to come. we met jon bernthal out here in may for phx con, he was nice and we got some cool stuff signed. almost october already, then only 3 more months. man, time flies. gotta start saving for my 2013 cons.

also, weather will be sooooo nice in January.

I'm in AZ as well.

I'm glad they pushed it to late January, I can recover from my holiday travels and go buy stuff I don't need but really really want!.

Completely agree about the Dead being huge. It is, and well deserved.
