What's in that food, anyway?

OK, talk about bad for business. Here is a picture of my favorite Chinese takeout place in Wallingford, CT. - "Ming's Dynasty"

Part of their sign broke so they ordered a replacement - just for the broken half. They left the old faded left half up. At least I won't have to worry about long lines anymore.

Maybe it's a slow transition to change the sign as not to scare of long time customers by making them think the place was under new management

.....Or maybe they are just cheap....
