I imagine the large webbing sections on his outfit are from him stretching his arm all the way down causing the outfit to stretch out... at least that's the effect I think XM was going for...
As for the painted black lines, yeah zoomed in they are a bit messy but odds are you can't see it from a normal viewing distance. SS was notorious for bad lines on their Iron Man Statues and some of their Spider-Man statues...

Maybe. But it should’ve been designed better. I have to take a pic of the back web pattern. To me it seems they couldn’t make everything connect and have a more natural stretch so it’s actually a bit of a mess on the right side from the back to the shoulder.

Exactly.
It’s why I’m not bothered too much by it. It’s not just an XM issue, I have enough Spideys to know. If my symbol didn’t have missing paint I wouldn’t care at all. Plus For me it’s one torso out of 3. The other 2 look very good to excellent.

XM Spidey came in third place among 1/4 scale statues in the Statue Awards this year!
Congrats to XM!

The side-by-side photo really brings out the orange coloring in the SS PF. I agree, the red on the XM Spidey looks far better.
Sorry to see you have some issues with the paint on yours. I'm sure it looks better from a distance but those close-ups show a lot to be desired in the fine details.
I like how Spidey looks but I wish 50% of the statue wasn't a pole.
