I agree with Cranky that aesthetically they are different. Inspired by different eras and artists' renditions. Koto's musculature and proportions are more exaggerated and that appeals to me. The Bowen has more vibrant paints which I like, but Koto also did well with their quality - something I hope continues with future releases. Overall, the Koto just appeals to me more with its style.
Bowen fans who own the Bowen Juggernaut shouldn't feel pressured to get this Koto release. If I were a Bowen or Koto fan who didn't have a Juggernaut in their collection - and didn't want to pay after market prices - then I would DEFINITELY pounce on this.
