"breaking news people the discontinued ikea tombo glass cabinet doors are coming back are already on sale in Germany you now need to look for this name when buying the doors see pic below"

if they bring them back I may pick up a couple for some of the smaller 1/4 scale pieces I have, always dug the way they look

Can somebody explain to me how you even buy bestas anymore?!?!
Out of curiosity, I looked at IKEA online. You can buy the shell for the cabinet, but have to buy the shelves separately, and they only come single file now? Is that all correct? also, where do you get the pins to stick in the shell for the shelves? lol just seems crazy.

I just got mine not to long ago and everything was separate. For the frames they only had singles, no doubles. The doors, hinges, legs, shelves and shelf accessories were all separate.

The pins for shelving come with the shelves. Seems a lot of people were buying the Bestas and then buying the glass shelves and not using the wood ones that came with the Bestas. So they separated them.
You can buy them in all sorts of configurations.

Also, you can just buy STUVA and use the tombo doors there as well.
