A10 Collectibles???????

Hey everyone,
I was curious if anybody has ever pre-ordered anything from A10 Collectibles? I was curious if everything went okay with the order and if they are a good place to pre-order from? Thak you for any insight.

I bought my Moore Colectibles Mandy statue exclusive from them. Everything went ok.

I have had mostly good experiences with them. But my last order had some issues and things went sour. They wouldn't respond to calls or emails until I reached the point where I wanted to cancel. They emailed me and said they had my order in stock and ready to go and that it would ship out the next day. Then I didn't hear from them, so after a couple more weeks, I emailed them and cancelled. Still never heard back.

Other than that one time, they were great, but that was enough for them to lose my business.

Did you ever get your money back or hear from them again? I sent emails to all three of their listed contacts and haven't received a reply in months. Their Facebook has been silent since November and the only thing giving me some hope is that their eBay page still has recent positive feedback.

I had pre ordered Hulk/ Hulk buster and 2 femme fatale. The Hulk was shipped to me after release but they shipped the hulk/buster (again) along with the 2 femme fatale I was waiting for. This happened over the Christmas holidays.
I emailed, left messages, facebook.... Took 2 weeks before I received a email.... Then I had to call back and remind them I was waiting on shipping forms.

Over all I received what I ordered but it seems to be a one man show. I would order from them again.

Thanks. I'll keep my order for now, but I'll just be prepared for a hassle come release time for my pre-order.

I placed a pre-order from them a couple of weeks ago. They charged my credit card $1 and haven't heard back from them since. No response to e-mails, nothing. Their Facebook page is full of unhappy people. I think they went under.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think they've gone under, as their Amazon and eBay pages are still pretty active with positive feedback. I noticed the Facebook comments, so we'll see. The final straw for me should've been that, when I tried to call, they don't even have a proper business voicemail greeting. It's just a general automated receiver that reads the number back to you.

I ordered the Rocket and Groot GG statue right before Christmas and received it in 3 days with zero problems. Kinda sucks if they are having problems. I was hoping to use them again because they have good prices.
