Mets vs. Royals. I did not expect that--especially the Mets. Both teams haven't won a world series since the mid-eighties so one of those droughts will end this year.

Tell me about it, my favorites for the World Series were Cardinals VS Blue Jays.
Anyways what a game yesterday, it promises to be a really great Serie like the last one.

The Royals were relentless in the later innings. Those misplays by the Mets will be talked about a lot, but the Royals come back against every team in the postseason--this year and last year.
30 years since they last won the World Series. That's a nice round number. Maybe the Mets will win next year and end a 30-year drought as well.
