PopCultureShock Hugo!

So yeah, Jerry has confirmed in the 1/4 Oro thread that PCS does in fact have a Hugo in the works!!!

This is colossal news for many of us. But we do not yet know the format or scale!

Let's get our imaginations going and put some ideas in print!

Hugo does have a SFV design! That's a great jumping on point!

MM definitely. But I'll take whatever I can get! The larger the better.

I really like the boots and weight lifting belt in his New design!

Mixed Media 1/4 Classic would be a dream come true.

Was playing some good ole classic third strike earlier today since I don't have V anymore.

I was actually dreaming about him getting made.

I think 1:6 or even the new 1:8 (or is it 1:10) scale seems more likely for Hugo. He's a HUMONGOUS dude, and I suspect not many could afford him in 1:4. Regardless, he'll be mine. I can't pass up any Third Strike character. =D

Better be 1/4 to go with the rest of the 1/4 SF piece I/we been collecting.

"Been collecting" as in those that have been asking, wanting, waiting for Hugo while still buying mainly 1/4, as PCS wasnt doing any other scales (other than bust) up until recently...unless I am mistaken.

I know I it more of a personal view, but poking for a Hugo for a while, all my other SF are 1/4. I would be super bummed to not have him match.

Either way, glad to see him being done. I knew it was only a matter of time.

Need the pose above, with H. Punch outfit below.

It's gonna be 1/8 almost a given since jerry said he'd be able to do a lot more characters that he'd never be able to do in 1/4 and I believe he's stated that a Hugo 1/4 would pretty much not sell in his opinion. Don't quote me on that though

If Hugo doesn't look traditional the interested portion of the fanbase will be disinterested. I'm not paying even $250 for a 1/6 SFV Hugo.

Could be a great intro into the Final Fight cast while at the same time fleshing out more Street Fighter characters.

Cody has great potential from the long term collecting fanbase.
Haggar would have the same appeal as Hugo. Big and classic.
I hope Jerry takes the risk as I don't think we would let him down with purchases.

So far the Ultras and 1/6 have all been based on SFV models so source availability may have an influence on which line.

And the 1/8th or whatever scale the "micro" line is to be would probably need more popular characters to appear for awhile before people would be willing to jump at Hugo.
