peaky blinders - 9/10

awesome show - cinematography, soundtrack, cast / acting, wardrobe, production design, writing - all of it so good. i would give it a 10 but sometimes i found certain characters just about impossible to understand

I've had this in my Netflix list for a while...sounds like this may be a show in my native tongue for which I turn on subtitles

I do this for a number of shows(guess I'm old), and enjoy them much more.

I use subtitles for everything now. Didn't realize how many little comments I was missing from shows and movies until I turned them on.

Kenobi 4/10.

Really disappointing show over all. A few decent moments such as the last fight, spread among nonsense. And the one thing Disney star wars is usually very good for, the effects were also incredibly poor in this one. Weird given how this show features Vader and Obi Wan, you'd think they would at least put a bit of effort into it. Even the good parts such as the fight had very little actual tension as we all know both characters had to survive. And anybody who has seen rebels will feel a heavy sense of Deja vu. And watch rebels you all should, despite it's cartoon appearance, it's a far better show than this.

Julia - 9/10 Very funny, well acted, great character development. One of the best shows I've watched this year.

Stranger Things: Season 4 (Volumes 1 and 2) - 8.5/10

Great season.

Obi-Wan Kenobi - 8/10

I actually really liked it, hoping for a second season.

Obi-Wan Kenobi - Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi has to save young Leia after she is kidnapped, all the while being pursued by Imperial Inquisitors and his former Padawan, now known as Darth Vader.

I had no problem with Reva being a main character, but the writing was off. The fight scenes and effects were fine, however, this show and Boba Fett were just not up to the same standard as the MCU series on Disney+. 6/10
