For me he's not smaller, he's just sitting on a low base, lower than the other pieces, and a tall person sitting doesn't look very different from a short person, hence that impression, but if you imagine him standing up it would be bigger than Raiden is a little smaller than Goro, which is right, you have to measure the body parts and understand the difference between sitting and standing human anatomy. Goro's base is very tall, and he has his arm up, all that counts.

I believe Iron should have made a higher base for Shao Kahn.

I repainted the hammer that came with McFarlane figure. Not exactly to scale either, but he felt naked without one.

That's a surprise to me seeing the Sub-Zeros together as I really thought the DST one would be bigger. I guess their Gallery statues don't adhere to a standard scale.

Do you think if I raise the base up with something that's not obvious it would help? I'm thinking of maybe getting some of those wooden circle bases and painting them black to put under it to give him some height.

Finally pulled the trigger on this and Scorpion.

I can't believe how hard it is for me to get the characters and costumes I want for MK statues. These are only my second and third MK statues, in addition to PCS 1/3 Scorpion.

I really dislike this small scale, but these are the exact costumes and poses I've wanted for these two characters. Can't believe it's taken so long. Almost everyone else though, I'd prefer in MK9 costumes. I may buy Kung Lao and Shang Tsung in this line however.

Females are overdue for this line. But I'm guessing they are coming. Mortal Kombat is hugely popular. IS has no issue producing 1/10 statues for very obscure lines, so hopefully they continue with what's popular. I'm not saying this line needs to go the X-Men diorama route, but with Sonya Blade coming, I'd bet money on atleast getting a Mileena, Kitana, Johnny Cage, Reptile, Noob Saibot, Liu Kang, Kano, Jax, Kung Lao, Shang Tsung.

This is after all, considered a "Klassic" line, so statues from the first 3 games are probably all a given to be released.
