The fro is the easy to go

For the regular prefer perfect mirror stance for torso 1

For torso two would be cool for a bloodied up smiling portrait with the bring it arm- maybe switchable to a flaming/charging arm to match Ryu's hadoken torso

**thinking about it tho, even just the bring it arm would be a match for Ryu's Hadoken torso.

Second torso I'm okay with the taunt or a thumbs up victory pose. No peace sign though lol.

Or a beat-up Ken readying a shoryuken. Trouble is he begins readying in a crouched position which won't work so it'd have to be the frame after he leaves the crouch but before the ki forms. It's a completely different leg stance though so probably won't ever look right.

On second thoughts, given the position of the legs in his fight stance, the taunt is kind of the only option.

And finger taunt is an excellent choice for a switchout.

No love for the fro, lol? it's how he first appeared in Snk vs Capcom. Although I see that in Ultra SF2 its just a hair color change.
