Do you mind posting a picture of it? I'd love to see his take on Medusa. I'm thinking about commissioning him to do a 1/4 Artemis to go with his new Athena if it turns out as good as I think it will.

Sure. He’s done several Medusas, apparently, but this is the only version he has left that he could do up for me. This interpretation actually takes the role of a real person that myth and legend is taken from. One feature he has added for me is the breastplate as the original does not. However, I find this interpretation so original that I’m drawn to it and his attention to detail is just amazingly impressive I can’t wait to see it up close in person.

Arhian Forever and a Valkyrie for me both paid in full.
Sure gets discouraging to see other newer created in house statues done and shipped out before my Valkyrie especially when you see the videos ARH makes and 5 of them are on a bench partially done.

I’m surprised people aren’t getting the in-house statues.

I can understand that the production takes time and they don't start a statue until the order is placed and maybe even until paid in full but what is hard to accept is when another statue takes away time spent on making older orders complete and someone who places an order months after the older customer get theirs first....
Just my .02 but there should be a "production cue" and if you are statue #1 you get made first and if you are number 100 yours gets made after the other 99. You could bring in new customers with one prototype in ads but actual production of the new ones should fall behind the back ordered statues. That would greatly improve customer relations and company reputation.

Best thing for customer retention would be to get those China backorders out to customers. They are year late.

Problem they are in tight spot money wise so the new orders help keep the company afloat and help get old and new orders out.
