The "leaning" issue is caused by the peg that fits into the "Smoke/flame" can sometimes be loose which may cause this piece to lean a little to the left or right. It's easily fixed with some scotch tape around the peg to make it fit tight.

Just have patience man, one will show up in Europe soon it never sells for more than £125.

Yeah but if you got one from the USA for $125 then added shipping at least $65 and then added on import fee's....

Keep your eyes open for one in Europe, less hassle if anythings wrong with it too.

I saw the Heroes Reborn Iron Man on Ebay Italy last week for 89 euro. It's not a good looking piece, and that's why there are loads of em left in Italy. The Extremis armor is an aquired taste I guess. I'd go with the lift-off Iron man from Bowen or the Modern Bowen Museum piece.
