But now that Disney owns Marvel, do you think this time around things might be different?

maybe there is too much of a difference of opinion during the license negotiation and thats why its taking so long

Marvel is probably pretty set in what they want from Bowen for their license fee. Bowen is probably more concerned as to the necessary prices they will have to sell their statues for to cover the higher license fee and if the market will accept the higher prices.

These license fee's are out of control. It's already at the point where everyone with a Marvel license is gonna start losing customers because of the rising costs. Sad but this statue stuff has quickly become a rich mans hobby.

I’m sure the success of the Marvel movies are not helping in keeping the license fees down. As much as I want more Bowen’s, paying $250 - $300 for a 1/7 scale statue is gonna hurt.

Lol. So many of the Bowen fans switched to 1/4 scales that are 2 to 3 hundred more.
