Skin and eyes look great.

Hair shouldn't be slicked back. I hope it's not too long and just needs some simple futzing to fix.

The jacket lapels are ridiculous IMO. Too pointy and they stick out further than on the prototype, past the shoulder seams. Just has a tacky, cheap look to it.

Pants could use some weathering or darkening up. Maybe it's the poor video quality distorting the colors.

First thing I noticed. Rest of him looks great, but the lapels are absurd. There is missing the mark, then there is passing the shoulder apparently.

Love the face sculpt though.

I'm starting to think, maybe it comes with instructions to trim the hair and to style it to your likings?

Maybe they know some people would fuss over the style of hair and they thought here you go do it your self?
