If anyone is interested, I recently received Quicksilver via Sideshow. Really cool piece however, the instructions that came with this piece were rubbish. Most of the debris pieces are numbered but they don't correlate with what's shown on the instructions. Anyway great piece though.

This looks really good! I like the lighting in your shots. Doesn't make the faces look washed out or too pale. This statue came out great.

Sadly his right leg (which is raised) was broken off but it looks like it?s just a glued on piece so easily repairable. Is there any glue that would be best to use?

Yikes atleast it's not a real break. That does look like a little glue would work. I'm no expert but superglue should work.

BBTS has both versions of the Phoenix for pre order. Not sure about almost 500.00 for a 1:10th scale though? At least they have 2 versions.

This Phoenix is one of the few times I pre-ordered the regular edition. I was already thinking that the sculpt of the figure stands out better without the bird in the background. The price difference only helped solidify my initial reaction.

Holy frack, I like the look and presentation of this piece.
And it certainly makes more sense than Sideshows recent diorama (which I do like overall).
In comparison to Sideshow, at least the costume matches the face sculpt and the Phoenix’ head is looking in the right direction.

Interesting! I like this better without the phoenix bird behind her.

I personally love the Phoenix, but your comment is pretty reminiscent of those in the Sideshow Jean Grey & Phoenix diorama thread.
